I have a loud whistling noise coming from the sunroof. It is a factory installed unit on my GLE. It opens and closes fine, it also raises and lowers just fine. When looking at it from the outside it does not line up flush with the roof. The front glass seems to be up a little high and the back passenger corner seems to sit too low.

Is there a way to adjust the fit? I have a copy of a very well written sunroof rebuild posted here (I don't have search, I copied and saved). Do I need to do that? Any help is appreciated.

 

i would first take it to nissan, dont have them fix it, just have them look at real quick and see what they think.

 

or take it to a reputable body shop
