Sometime car vibrates when i stop

some, times when i stop at a stop sign or a stop light, when im totally stopped.. the car vibrates and the rpm is little above one and wont go to zero, so if i let go of the brake the car moves up fast, any1 have this problem? any1 know whats the cause?

Possible causes:

Throttle cable too tight
Fast idle cam improperly adjusted
IACV improperly adjusted

From: 90706 so cal

prolly the throttle cable.. just get a 14 mm wrench and lossen the throttle cable adjuster nuts a little bit.. shuld bring the throttle down.mines at 600-650 ish..
