Search the my other posts for a history on this car. Other that what is outlined in the posts I have these problems:
1. Drivers side CV shaft will need to be replaced
Passenger side has about 25K on it.
2. There is very light damage on the drivers front fender.
3. One of the original fog lights was violently removed by a
curb(wife was driving and says she doesn't remember it
happening)
4. Power antenna(sp?) is gone, was not thinking and drove
under a tree that took it off.
5. The clock on the dash doesn't work. Occasionally it will
come on during the summer when it is hot in the car.
6. The paint is begining to fade on the rear spoiler.
7. Power windows in the back failed and are fixed in the up
position.
8. Not really a problem, but the audio is not bose and I am
not sure it will go with the car(make your offer
assuming no audio). The original front speakers/amps
are on Ebay now.
Damn, If I had made that list up earlier, I may not have spent so much time trying to fix it. Overall the paint is not bad. The chassis is very solid and there is no rust ANYWHERE! The interior is very good as well. If you are better equipped to pull the engine and correct the problem(cam timing in my uneducated opinion) or replace the engine, then this could make a decent car. I have simply lost patience with it and am ready to move it.
The car is in northwest North Carolina, near Winston-Salem. It has 166K miles on it. It will start but sounds pretty bad.
I think I have included everything

Later,
With the mileage and other odd things, personally the best I could do would be $600. Sorry, with a possible engine replacement and the other odd things wrong and no stereo and light cosmetic damage, it is a risk to buy the car. I'm guessing to fix all the engine, body (not including paint) and other parts, over $1,000. I would be interested, but personnally not a wise investment. I looked at a '89 that was perfect inside (leather) and out (looked new black paint) and ran perfect with over 2k miles and a exhaust leak and bad clutch for $3k, he wanted too much. Sorry, this is just my opinion. I am interested at this price though.
