99 ECU Cover -- How to Remove on '99?

99 ECU Cover -- How to Remove on '99?
Need to check my ECU code... I read the sticky but the plastic cover doesn't have screws holding it on but flat round disks I can't grab with pliers. Do I forcibly pry these off with a knife? Any HELP(!) appreciated.
