anyone with water in clears?

anyone with water in clears?

I just noticed today i have water condensation in my clears i got from custom maxima.com? has anyone had this problem? I have only had these for 3 months.

I have no leak problem with my $20 ebay ones, and i've even added strobes.

Ive had that problem before. What I did was get some clear silicone from Autozone and applied it around the lense. I still do get some condensation but its not as bad as before.

i had condensation in mine from custommaxima... i dried them out with a hair dryerand then added silicone alone all the sides of the clear bumper lights... haven't had one problem since

Ya i noticed that my driver side one had condensation in it... i am going to add it to my list of things to fix and take care of it when it warms up enough. Doing work on your car is 100x harder when you are cold lol

I called customaxima today, and they are unwilling to do anything about its because " thats what happens with aftermarket parts" " If it were stock it would cost hundereds more.."

I am very surprised they aren't willing to send me a new set. I guess next time I need something, ill think twice before going with them.

yea, CM sucks bigtime... use ebay or SWA instead

got mines from CM also, i noticed condensation happening just last week, i had it for about 2 years though, guess they dont last forever

My hyperblacks have condensation in it...I put a napkin inside and pushed it around with some chopsticks and wiped it dry and applied silicone around the edges..

i got condensation too...im ****ed....screw custommaxima.com i advise anyone looking to do anything to there car to stay away...terrible customer service and terrible products....how do they even exist

I also got mine from CM.com and I noticed condensation and a lot of water in them whenever I washed my car. So I took them and drilled a hole on the bottom of it so that the water will just drain out. After 2 months with plenty of rain and washing I have not seen any condensation. You might want to try it if you have a drill and don't want to spend money on silicon.
