What to Do With 04 Rims & Tires Once I'm Rollin' On 20's?

I'm considering putting some new 20's on my 04 Max & at first I thought to myself, after pricing a few different ones...this is gonna cost quite a bit. I then realized, Hey! I've got a set of practically brand new rims & Googyear tires that I may somehow be able to make some money off of. My question to anyone out there is first, where would be a good place to either trade in my old rims & tires or sell them & second, how much do you think they would be worth? I appreciate any help you all could offer.

Sell them to the guys (like me) who have donuts for a spare tire and want a full size spare.

SE or SL? Size? And how much for one?

I may have to take you up on that...only problem is, I'll have to find three more guys like you who dont want a donut for a spair tire. I think I would be more inclined to try to sell all four together, but I'm open to suggestions.
But the tires are 245/45/18's & as far as the price....thats what I'm asking you guys

You have two potential buyers so far.

As for price, if it's free, it's for me! Really though, make something up and take it from there.

keep the 18s...when you get your 20s stolen, you are going to regret
paying the dealer what they are charging...

don't sell/trade in your rims to the guys you are buying the new rims from.

Save them for the winter. You don't want those 20's getting salt on them, do ya? (you do get snow in Nebraska, right? lol)

You're right about the snow, in fact, anyone know how to custom fit ski's on to an 04 Max?

I kept mine for when I trade the car in (or my 20's get stolen) I expect neither to happen anywhere in the near future!!!
Does the full size spare fit in the trunk?
I haven't even looked...it would be nice to have a full size spare just in case.

it in...

There are lots of guys (like me) who would be very interested in the whole set to put on their 5th gens. Even some 4th gen guys are putting them on their cars as well.

full size spare only if you have the VDC option...

where are you going to fit the spare when you put a 12" woofer in
that hole in your trunk? that's what AAA is for...

Whether you have VDC or not, all SE/SLs come with full size spare, the VDC full size spare is the same factory wheel & tire. For example 245/45/18 on SE.

Temporary T145/80*17 or 18 where * = R or D depending on tire manufacturer

so if you don't have VDC, then you will have a full sized 'ugly' wheel/spare?

versus with VDC, you will have a full sized 'painted' wheel?

if so, can somebody take a picture of the full sized 'ugly' wheel/spare?

my bad, sorry for the typo (should be without the 18):
Temporary T145/80*17 where * = R or D depending on tire manufacturer

I have the VDC with the spare 245/45/18 with the hump in the trunk that is no big deal.

I'll be interested in buying one also to replace my spare. I believe you've got three potential buyers now.

I appreciate the offers for my stock rims. Unfortunately I'm still shopping for new rims. They're definately not cheap, so it may be a while. To all of you have have PM'd me, I'm sorry I haven't replied to you, but for some reason everytime I try to reply to your PM it continually asks for me to login & once I do that I have to retype my message & then it asks for me to login again. It just keeps looping over and over. Anyhow, I'll be sure to let you all know when I'm ready to give 'em up.
