um.. this might have been asked b4... but i saw them once and i liked them.. im looking for the light housing next to the headlight.. but clear.. anyone know anything about these??

i got ya covered on this on bro...you buy NOTHING...IT TAKES 5 MINUTES if your retarded, 2 if not!! Here's what ya do. Open your hood. Get out the bulb. Look at bulb. Use nail clippers to cut off the bottom bump (there's on higher up, and one lower down on the other side) These are just grounds. Take a piece of electric tape to cover where the piece you just cut off used to be. Careful to not put too much tape and cover other groud/or make bulb too big to go back. TADA! Nice, bright lights. Looks soooo much better!

 

Smokey, you're talikng about modding the bulb to be brighter. I think he wants a different housing all together.

i have done that modd. i cracked the housing from the heat. i done care to repalce but if i can find clear as oppsosed to the lined version we have then ill get them..

damn it... that's why I'm noticing little cracks in mine. I thought I hit something.

 

yeah.. those cracks are from heat. but i have seen them.. they were in an magazine a while back.. it was for 25 anniversary black headlights and side markers.. the picture showed a clear see thru side light..

i believe 97-99's are a little bit clearer than 95/96's.

there was an ad once for them from some aftermarket company but i never saw it again or heard anything about them.
