I was interested in a loud sounding, solid performing BOV - would this one fit the bill? Also I currently have the horned Blitz DD, and it's a tad quiet IMHO.

after further "research" i realized the BOV I bought used is an older version of this exact model.

To my ears its always the Super Sequential....

 

Blitz DD is quiet compared to Greddy type S and definetly quieter than the HKS SS

 

I agree 100% with WizaMax... but maxlinegtr asked for the loudest...

 

as for loud, Turbo XS RFL = loudest IMO(its obnoxiously loud) ...have not yet heard one louder

 

i like the blitz bov the best, it sounds mean and clean. that is just my opinion though

 

the more i drive i like the blitz's quiet IMHO sound, it barely echos over my stereo.

but if i wanted loud i'd like the SSQ, as I have heard great things. I believe it would require re-welding for the flange over my blitz setup.

 

Sound...why would you be blown and go for sound. Research what holds better. What will help your turbo run efficiently. Not what sounds pretty. But that's just my opinion.

 

Hey some ppl just likes the sound it makes...its pretty much icing on the cake for a blower. MOst of it holds...pretty well. its just something to think about when u rev your car, and someone is pulled next to u.
