Full Throttle Cleaning

I am about to take my 1995 Maxima GXE in to have a full throttle service done: Extensive cleaning of the Fuel Rail, Injectors and Throttle body.

I have been told that to do this, they connect through either the PCV Valve, or the Schrader Valve. Do Maxima's have Shrader valves on the Fuel Rail? I want to make sure they connect where the Injectors will be the first thing that get cleaned.

Can anyone offer any insight as to where I should tell them to connect to ensure the injectors get hit first.

Thanks in advance.

Is there a Schrader Valve?

Thanks for the reply.

I'm just wondering if Maxima Fuel Injection Systems have Schrader valves on the fuel rail.

Any insight would be appreciated greatly.

Thanks in advance.

I dont think they do. We used a "T" to test fuel pressure/release

Thank you.

So, a MotorVac CarbonClean for instance would just "T" right into the fuel rail?

Thanks again.

ok, did this on march 13th on my 96 with ~93,000 miles. cant say the car was shaking prior, it was running as usual, but i think i thorough wash of the engine (valves, injectors, etc.) would only be beneficial.
my mechanic has the machine, and i ended up doing everything myself pretty much spent about 30 minutes unhooking the fuel lines (theyre hiding close to the fuel filter, below the intake manifold). NOT the easiest location to work with. the biggest thing was to take off the rubber fuel lines without ripping the whole metal fuel rail bundle (some penetrating spray and brute force did the trick). hooking up the hoses from the motorvac machine to the car wasnt bad at all, and the whole cleaning process took about an hour (20 minute injector cleaning, and 40 minutes running the car to clean the engine). after everything was done, it took about 5 minutes to hook everything back up the only downside is my hands were smelling like gas, so i had to thoroughly wash them. i cant honestly say there was a noticeable change, maybe just a bit more smootheness. my mechanic charges about $130 to do this.
