What does it mean when my clutch sticks?

What does it mean when my clutch sticks?

Sometimes when pressing my clutch all the way down to the floor it will stick for slight second. The clutch works fine its just a bit annoying.

one of the clutch cylindars(sp?) might be going out. My bros did this, and he had to replace master cylandar(sp?).

Does it only happen when the car is first turned on?
Sometimes that will happen when it is very cold out.
