Does this sound lowered??

Whats up yo! My brother has a Max and he's had it for a while now. He hasn't replaced the springs or anything but there is a problem with the struts going bad. I went to his car the other day and there is a 3 finger gap in the front and rear wheels( from fender to tire). Does this sound like it is lowered. I know that H&R's lower like this and since they are black springs, they would look like stock when dirty. Just wondering if it is lowered.

That's what i thought, but 2day i checked his springs and it had a tag on it with the Nissan logo on it. Does this mean that his springs are OEM? I know that he has a SE model, is the sport-tuned suspension lower for the Se's?

Blah tell him to change the springs if there cut... When I had my stock springs I could stick my foot in there without problems.. It was nasty.
