I just ordered Dropzone Springs.

I just ordered Dropzone Springs for a 2 inch drop. Does anyone have these or any pictures of it installed? How will the car ride with just these and a custommaxima strut bar with the stock struts. What are you opinions.
Im not worried about installation, my brother will take it to work and install it.

Thanks

They sag (or look low) in the rear and are too soft for the amount they drop. Your stock shocks will either go soft or blow probably within 3-6 months running those springs.

Most of us have known about these springs for quite a while:

Stock struts will not dampen anywhere near well enough for performance spring use. But the ride will probably be somewhat stiffer than stock, but not rock hard, except the jarring from hitting the bumpstops.

stock shocks will really die out like that, i barely use the car, 97 with only 37000 miles, stock tires still on it, lol. one time drove to florida with full trunk, and travel to canada with a full load maybe 1 or 2 times a year. How will they hold up in those conditions, will the ride be very bouncy or just a little, normal or not? please help me, i dont really know much about suspension mods.

Thanks

You should have done a little more research before getting the Dropzones. From anyone i've heard from, dropzones either suck or get swapped out later.

yeah i suggest u getting some adjustable shocks like KYB AGX or Tokico Illumina shocks. Once you pair dropzones with your stock shocks, I'd feel sorry for them.

Would i need to buy anything else for the installation? I see that you have rear shock mounts, what are those?

Take a look at my sig...I have dropzones with tokico's...do NOT get kyb agx...
It is definitly NOT a 2 inch drop....about 1.6-1.7 and like previously stated...sags a bit in the back.....I say don't drop it until you get the shocks..do the whole suspension at once...I know you are antsy now that you have the springs, but it is worth the wait....you should also loook into getting a rear motivational mount....

I am swapping out these for sprints in a month...I just want a better drop...

the ride is very nice with the dropzone and tokico though....

rear motivational mount.... What is that, what does it do, How much is it, Is it necessary?

When u say better drop, what do u mean? What would you gain over your current setup now? lower or better quality?

I want somthing that'll make it not harsh but nice handling, as long as i dont bounce 50 times when i hit a pebble. What kind of Tokicos do you have and how much?

Thanks
