I've been so sad without my max its driving me crazy. I dont have a job right now and i have 2 kids. (the second baby born on christmas eve) I have a friend that has a 98 maxima but its automatic. Before he used to envy me because i had a better max than him, but now i envy him just for having it. And i know some people say get a job and buy another one but its not that easy, I take care of my kids because i dont really trust anyone else to take care of them, further more i dont think ill ever be able to find another max like the one i had. It was a 96 so already there its better than the 97-99 because of the computer. It was a 5 speed, it was black on black leather with an all black interior. I ve been looking around at maximas around here in Phoenix and theyre usually all around $12,000.00 and my insurance company only paid $6,000.00 for mine and i still owe like two thousand more. Is there any sugestions on what i could do? or even better does anybody know anybody who could hook me up with a nice maxima for an even nicer price???

What happend to your old max? If i were you i'd get a night job or p/t job, 95's-97's are pretty cheap.

 

I got a temp job in Colorado and i drove it there, one night i was returning from a near by town and a stupid deer jumped in front of me and i hit the brakes and there was black ice on the road and i slid out of control and hit a ditch. I didnt have a reinforcement beam because i had a custom body kit on it so the whole frame got bent the the insurance company totaled it out. I was jut trying to look up a pic of my car that was in here but i think someone deleted it. It was a photoshop pic because all i had was a pic of my car after i got the custom body kit done on it with out rims and not droped and you could see the piping through the grille part. Can any one help me find the pic please i want to have at least one pic of my car before it was destroyed. and just to let u know i had droped it and put the same exact rims as in the pic but my rims were polished silver instead of black.
and all the 94-96 start around 8 grand.

i bought my 95 se loaded 5 speed last year for 6250.. u can find a better deal..look for private sellers ..

Woah, a fellow utah max owner! I dont think there's many of us on the board.

Cant say much for AZ but i know there's a 95GLE with 150K miles on state street for 3000 dollars. Dunno what kinof shape it's in but that's about as affordable as maximas get (if they're running that is )

 

Thats about what I paid for my 96 GXE. Only 90K miles on it when I bought it, not too shabby in my opinion

 

Bought my `98 SE 5SPD PearlWhite with 90k Miles for 2450.....in perfect condition....just look around.
