I have put my girlfriends 02 engine cover on my car so I can confirm that it fits. the 04 engine cover has an ugly piece that covers the intake manifold and doesnt look as good as the alti or 02&03 max cover.

About .0004 whp...but that was a Mustang dyno, so we'll have to get a second opinion...
