On my '95 with a V1 kit, I'm showing a vacum reading of 16-17. Where could this leak come from? So far, I've replaced a cracked intake manifold gasket but no major difference. As well I plan to go for better gas & fuel injector cleaners.

16-17 isn't all that unusual - spec is 17-20.

Depending on the weather, mine ranges from 16-19.

Yeah, well, it is better than mine.

At this moment, my Electronic Boost controller is reading from 5-10 Hg at idle. I'd say that would be my reason for the bad boost spikes I had on my dyno runs lol.....

Well I'm getting 7psi on a 3.125 pulley, so I figured this could be part of the problem.

Spray some soap and water on your blower casing - it may be leaking boost.

I had a 3.12 and couldn't get over 7PSI as well, and found out after a TON of looking for a leak that it was at the blower itself.

Hey Kenneth, I just thought of something.

Your bov came with the preload bolt screwed almost all the way in, giving it maximum preload. Once we got your car running I played around with the preload bolt and backed it out, trying to get it to release air at idle (like mine does). Now I'm wondering if your bov is leaking boost when it gets over 7 psi with the preload bolt backed out. You ought to try screwing it back in to see if you get any boost back.
