I didn't have the greatest experience ordering lightbulbs from these guys. I placed my order online Sunday evening 2/8. My bank shows a charge on 2/11. The order didn't ship until 2 weeks later on 2/25. The package was delivered on 3/3. The company is based in FL, and I'm in AL, so I didn't think it would take quite that long to ship. It actually had to come from CA, though. To top it off, they charged me $3 more than the online invoice showed. To be fair, I have not tried to contact them about the $3. As a comparison, I ordered some Zaino at the same time. I received that order on 2/11.

 

Thought I'd update this a little bit. On 2/20 I sent an e-mail inquiring about my order (expected arrival date, tracking number). I did not receive a response to this. However, I sent an e-mail about the $3 and long time between the time the order was placed and the delivery date. I received a response within a day or so saying that they were sorry and that I should have received an e-mail about the delay. They also refunded me the $3. So at least this ended somewhat well.
