Nice, btw, is there anything that replaced the orange thig or did you just take off the orange and not replace it? BTW, hope then HIDs won't get stolen again.

look fine to me....the "empty" part matches well with the HID's. i actually prefer...nice job manolo...

sorry, I still can't see shiet captain. the first pic looks like it is cleared, but the second or before pics just looks like factory, same as after, except with the HIDs on and the orange lens is still installed.

 

you jsut answered your own question...by removing the orange lens it is CLEARED

Looks great. I'm gonna clear 'em and install DDE, and have decided NOT to paint the inner housing...

 

Not any more there is a recall on 2002-2003 for the headlights to get locks on them.Check out with the dealer for more info.

 

Very Sweet looking, I am also in New Jersey and ordering the DDE's for my headlights. Also there is a company that makes the replacement lense for the amber turn signal.

I am going to get a frosted lense replacement for mine so I can put them in while doing the DDE's. Hey let me know if you ever want to hang or get together and do some work. I have a place to take the cars if you want, nice shop with everything at your disposal.

is it legal to not use an orange blinker?

 

My friends on other cars have white blinkers and never been pulled over for it. So I am not sure if it is legal.

 

NT2SHBBY: you posted you have extra pieces to install in place of the orange lenses? If you dont need them, I'd be glad to take them off your hands as I plan to clear out the headlights in a couple weeks. Lemme know. Thanks

well i dont own a dremel and it was a spur of the moment thing i was really planning on going to the track that day but jsut ended up doing this

Did you have the Data Dots anti theft recall done before the install? Tried 3 times today to get the lights out & couldn't.
