yo i no they are kind of corny but what do u guys think of putting a lambo door conversion kit on my 97 GLE

 

besides being 100% rice, which I personally am against, they just look really bad on a 4-door car

i neva saw it on a 4 door...but i wanna do it and get suicide doors for the back....i might just do the suicide in the back, it looked good on a 98 altima that i saw.....the car gotta be crazy for the lambo doors though which my car isnt.....gotta be dropped mad low wit a bright color paint job

 

it owul dbe really stupiud. greg form custom maxima a cpuple months ago was asking around if we would want these, cause i talked to a compoany that would make a ready made set for $1200.

we all kinda nayed the project cause if i had $1200 toi spoend it best would be on these retarted doors. and everyone ekes kinda went down that path to.

how were going to do it anyways? i hope not an ebay directions and home depot parts!!!

I don't think I would enjoy climbing out of the small crack b/t the door and the car. Of course I'm 6'5 too. Why not be original and make them flip open from the top. "My front doors flap like a f**kin bird" Just put a hinge at the top, all will be good.

The only thing with this setup is that you'll have to park out on the fringes of any parking lot just so you can get side clearance to get into the car. And then some doofuses will park next to your car on both sides and watch from a distance to see you crawl inside on your hands and knees.

as for the lambo doors on our cars: i would never do such a thing but i'm not gonna say no because i really want to see you do them

i would think lambo doors require less room to open them fully than regular doors. so you point doesn't make sense. from the way i see it, you'd have a better chance getting in your car WITH lambo doors if a car part super close next to yours. regular door open way wider.

 

why not try gullwing doors???

gullwing doors would look better than lambo doors but even that i wouldnt really do...for the money you are gona spend...it aint worth it....

Save it and get a blower... or a turbo...but if you wana have a "unique" look go for it, but you might end up with more problems than style...

4 doors i agree look goofy with lambo doors, altho suicide doors would look sweet on our car...never thought about that untill now... IMO i would rather spend less money and get the suicide doors, and that is IF i had to choose between the two...

 

I think that they look hot, but you need the other body mods and the decals to go with it. And f you enjoy climbing into your car through a hole, i'd suggest the NASCAR net over the drivers window and weld the door shut.

....Now that I think about it....the net would look pretty cool on a maxima
