I sent $525 to this member for a JWT-ECU and it was signed for on Feb 11th 2004 with a Return Reciept from the post office and the Money Order was cashed on Feb 13th according to the Post office...

Every time he emials me he sais hes waiting for the computer from a junkyard and to be patient and I keep giving him the benifit of the dought...

Well, if his address is indeed correct, then you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

 

I would wait a little bit, and after that I would get my friends and roll up there. I mean for $525, I would be seriously pi$$ed off.

Why didn't you order a ECU from JWT? I mean wouldn't it be the same money?

 

The return reciept from the Post Office I payed for was signed by a John Reichart and the Money Order was filled out by me for a John Richard, cause thats what he told me his name was....
Im very tossed up on what I should do..he seemed like s decent guy with just not alot of time on his hands, but atleast emial me and tell me that

He is friends with 96shogunmax and he told me to buy it, he went to school wit him..I contacted him but no word

dats fuked up man, i feel for ya. Only way i do business wth others is with paypal, at least if you get ganked they can do something to help out. does this guy live close to you. im not a violent man but for 500+ bux i would be angry enough to whoop his ***.

try contacting the post office and see if they have any advice or if they can help you take legal actions against him. good luck man!

for online transactions that go bad, you should (at least here in hawaii) call your state attorney general's office and file a complaint. then they can tell you what options you have.

Yea 96shogunmax owes me 400 for wheels that he didnt ship. I sent him a mo, he got it, said he would ship, then he realized it would be too expensive. He said he will send my mo back but he hasnt yet. Its been 3 months. He seems nice too so im not sure what i need to do.

Shogunmax sent me a headlight instead, he said that he messed up the shipping adresses and sent my mo to someone else. He supposedly cancelled that one and is sending me a new one but that hasnt happened yet, so we shall see
