Hi. I'm thinking about replacing my suspension with Tokico Shocks/struts and Progress Technology sport springs (lowers about 1.7"). Anyone had any experience with either of these products? I can get them all from http://www.ptuning.com for ~$545.00, which sounds reasonable to me.

I have Tokicos...

they are a tad harsh compared to OEM struts/shocks BUT they handle amazing. If you are looking for performance Tokicos are the way to go. If you want a little bit less performance and a smoother ride go with Koni. Never heard of the springs. I have Eibachs....

just e-mailed progress about ...

spring rates, and also e-mailed eibach about their spring rates. i know these springs are progressive so its hard to compare, but at stock ride height the progress springs are just as stiff as the eibachs.

and i believe the Koni struts give better performance.

Actually, I'm probably about a month away from buying them, so if you have other takers, go right ahead. Thanks though.
