Sticky door

My front passenger door is suddenly much more difficult to close...not smooth at all. My weak passengers always end up having to shut it twice. Any suggestions?

Put some WD-40 on the hinge and let it work in.

Grease it

I use white lithium spray grease. It stays around longer than WD-40. Hit all the hinges. I do the hinges and the black arm that goes in and out of the door when you open and close it. I think it runs between to rollers but I am not sure.
