Timing chain

Hey guys: (2000 GLE)
My car just turned 65k on the odometer. I was wondering:
At what mileage should I change the timing chain?
Should I buy OEM fron Nissan or is there a replacement?
How much are we talking about?

The fact is I'm in Puerto Rico and if I take it to the dealership, they are going to stab me with the bill, but if I go to a regular mechanic, I'm afraid he might do a lousy job.

What you guys think?
Thanks,
Alex

u definitely do not need to replace it anytime soon, since its a chain not a belt.

Saludos!!
