How do you remove the air vent?

How do you remove the airvents next to the doors?
I'm not talking about the little mirror defoger vents.

I'm trying to paint the trim panels.

Those vents are a bizniatch! I'm affraid to break them.

there are 3 screws holding the vent in place. you have to take the whole big dash out. unless someone else knows a easy way.

the ones on top of your dash, they just pop out but the ones by your knee you have to remove the whole dash.
