would an O2 sensor wrench make the job easier?

I was wondering if a O2 wrench would make the job easier, ie no skinned knuckles etc. There are different kinds, but one looks like a crowfoot wrench. I assume you'd use a long extension with it. If you look on Yahoo Shopping you will see various kinds, though the prices are sky-high there. A Schley SP88750 is about $17 on the web, but they show it for $33.wrench

I have a Crow's foot O2 sensor adapter that you stick in a 1/2" socket wrench or breaker bar. It is AWESOME. Only $10 at autozone. Takes out O2 sensors on my 2 cars with no difficulty at all.
