Good news, the maxima is staying in one piece with me

So I am not parting the maxima nor selling it. My Mom is the person who has decided to keep the car, she says she's too attached to it and if I sell it or part it, its a loss. Also she said that my brother, mechanic and myself get to spend more time to try to fix the problem so hopefully in time it will be fixed and the maxima will run like it always did. Now she wanted to buy the car from me but I decided just to give it to her but whatever car I get next it will be a little more difficult to pay off but at least the maxima will be with me so it might a little more I have to put myself in debt for, but its all good. I am sorry to all the org members who have called dibs on stuff, I apologize greatly but my mom and myself are very attached to the maxima and can't really see ourselves letting it go. Also the problem is not that bad, it happens once a day and when it does I just shift into another gear and the car keeps on like nothing happened. My brother and I can deal with it, plus my Mom doesn't drive she just wants a nice grocery getter so the car won't be used much just here and there. Just wanted to inform everyone of what was going on with my car and to apologize to those I have promised parts to.

Thanks,
Diego W.

I am glad you are keeping it. I have been reading about your situation. Also cool to hear about a car keeping a family closer. That's the way it should be. I always try to get my boys involved in my projects even though they are young. Let us know if you figure anything out.

yes, but grocery getters dont need UDP's, Y-Pipe's, Sway Bars and HID's

Just playing with you Diego

Your lucky though, I'm begging my parents to buy my max from me to be the Grocery Getter

(also did you try OHMing all the injectors and swapping out coils? just thinking )
