I have a 2002 Maxima when i flip the switch without holding it-My drivers side window closes then comes back down a few inches-Never really stays closed 100% would that be a switch problem or is there a trick to fix this? Just wondering.. Thanks

Yes. You have to reset the limiting switch inside the window. There are several threads on this subject - just search for "window switch".

I had a similar issue to the OP. In the process of taking the door panel off to have a look I was disconnecting the white connector for the window/lock controls. The white connector came off in 2 parts and the wires are now loose. I've been looking everywhere to find a wiring diagram that shows which colors go in which pin holes so that I can put it back to how it was to continue fixing the window issues.

Anyone have any idea of where such a diagram might be?

Or, if not, anyone have a picture handy of the pin connectors with the wires in properly?

And, it is the 16 pin (14/15 wires) connector that the wires came loose. Not the smaller one.

Power window switch connector

Does anyone have a pinout or picture of a 2004 Nissan Liberty power

window switch connector? All of the wires fell out of this one as we pulled the door panel off.

The Nissan Liberty is not sold in North America, so we do not have information on your car. A similar vehicle is sold here that is called the Quest. It does not look exactly the same as the Liberty.

I can give you the wire arrangement for the 2004 Quest model, but I do not know if it is the same as for the Liberty. Use this information at your own risk.

2004 Nissan Quest master switch wiring. This view is looking at the connector as it is plugged into the switch.
