I was helping a local VG owner out with his car today, when all of a sudden he broke out a sharpie and walla!

maybe he should try covering up those bubbles in the tint too.

 

sharpie gonna fade in about 2 to 3 months

 

then ill buy another sharpie and do it again, unless i magically find an extra $1000 to rent a chamber, buy paint and do the job myself..

about five months ago, i 'sharpied' my scraped rear bumper (courtesy of the previous owner), and the sharpie still stays full color, not giving any sign of fading. friends cant even tell unless they look at it closely.

 

i used a sharpie to cover some exposed metal on my windshield wiper arm. it look decent for awhile, til it start to fade

 

cool! so im not the only one

 

could be worse... at least you're not using nail polish

 

or latex house paint like my sister did on her accord. :

 

My sister's old '86 Corolla was rusting out terribly So we threw on a couple coats of red spray paint and topped it off with a couple white, 4 inch "racing" stripes everyone knew her car!

 

I'm scared to see what you guys do to cover up rust

 

Here's my theory: Keep it ghetto on the outside. Then maybe those damn kids will stop trying to steal my radio. I thinking of installing some rust patches soon! I'll post some pics for anyone else that wants to keep it ghetto. lol.

One time my girl cleaned her car (quick once over) with windex. Her car was only 3 months old at the time 91 ES 300
