I replaced the right rear brake caliper a couple of weeks ago and have a significant rattle. I've torn everything apart twice and found nothing wrong. It seems like the whole caliper is rattling as it slides on the bolts. Anyone give me some ideas?

 

Remove the slide bolts and regrease them. You may also need new anti rattle clips which are included in a caliper hardware package.
