ok guys so I did some research on this, saw other cars with similar problems, not as many for ours but am wondering what to do. My problem is I know exactly what is causing it just don't know how to fix it. Well I decided on changing my in cabin air filter few months back. Saw it was a pretty DIY project do thought why not and owning the cars for 18 months now, had never done it so thought it would be a good time to do it. Well I followed these steps http://users.stic.net/dprice/i35/
Well oce I put everything back and tightened all the screws, I sarted noticing a hint of noise while driving over anything that would cause vibrations in the car, uneven pavement or stuff like that. Well the car is a Roll Royce with the windows up so even thought its a very small creaking noise, its amplified due to the very low noise levels inside. Well I know exactly where it is coming from. When I put pressure on the left side of the glove compartment, noise is gone. Its as if the left side isn't closed properly or something. I looked in between the spaces and there is ample space as in its not rubbing or anything.
So its the left one you see in the picture causing the noise but I apply pressure to the top part on that side. The little space you see to the left I see no rubbing of any sort
I tightened all those screws back in very tight to make sure theres no wiggle room also to make sure it doesn't rattle but its there
