an AEM air bypass works on any intake you just need about 3 inches of clearance, and room to *** this to your pipe. Don't put it right next to the engine tho, because they look like they might suck in some air all the time.

heres a few,

Ditto! Ive had mine for over a year and have driven it in the rain many times.
You should be okay as long as you dont go driving in like 3 feet of water!
The intake sits right above the splash gaurd.

unless you submerge your intake it will not suck up water if oiled correctly. the water would have to be above the splashguard...thats alot of water even on a lowered max. so don't drive through 1 foot puddles....go around them...or if you have to go through them go nice and fast and cut off on the accelerator as you go through it. no accelerator little suchion(sp?).
