I dont see why it wouldnt fit....they bolt up to same place as 00-01

It's pretty much a bolt-on, but DOES require a bunch of odds and ends to work like screws, clips, plugs, etc.. and withOUT the 2K2 lights there is a pretty good gap below the headlamps.

Also, the fogs aren't interchangeable, so if you have SE fogs, you'll need 2k2+ fogs.

Anyone know what a 2k2 painted bumper would cost? Mine got dinged and I dont really want the insurance to fix it....

The cover alone wasn't bad, maybe $250-$300, but paint/labor could run you $400 easy.
