SS Grill on an 00 w/out cutting??

I think I've read about someone putting the street scenes upper grill on a 2000 maxima without cutting out the stock grill. If this is so, please post a pic and directions and how is the fittment, does it stay on, etc....

thanks,

das

Thanks All,

K,

I want to do this, but am a bit nervous about removing the whole bumper (not technically saavy enough, will screw something up). Is there anyway to do it with the bumper still on??
