2, 20 ohm injectors:replace or ok to drive

2, 20+ ohm injectors:replace or ok to drive
I have two injectors, the front middle, and back middle that have 20+ ohm readings. Is it ok to keep driving on these or should i change them soon. What do injectors with higher than normal resistances do in terms of fuel flow, pulse width, engine management, ect.
