i cant say mine did, what would be nice is to know the weight of the stock 4th gen rear bumper.

my sarona rear was 17 lbs, and i dont remember the exact weight but the urethane skyline rear is around 32 lbs and the fiberglass skyline rear around 21 lbs. you would have to subtract the weight of the stock rear to see how much weight you added.
i never got around to weighing my stock rear.

the sarona sideskirts were 2.5-3 lbs a piece and the stillen lip maybe 5 lbs. what i did was to remove weight from the car in other places to make up for the difference.

im not sure on the other side skirts but i check my sarona side skirts before race day. they catch rocks and sand on the inside. and need a good cleaning. I have taken out hand fulls of rocks and sand that i refuse to carry down the track .. lol !

The skyline kit doesn't look THAT functional and with the added weight to a certain degree it probably would slow you down a few fractions of a second... Maybe even a second at the most. Putting a body kit on your car won't make that much of a difference unless your car is a skyline and you put a top secret body kit on or something, then you can expect to go a slight degree faster... Because that is mostly what body kit companies in Japan deisgn for, less wind resistance and all that stuff. Don't get me wrong, I've seen some pretty ridiculous kits over there too!

That is what I think about it. Keep in mind that I do NOT have a body kit but you probably would of already heard about body kits slowing you down by now... Just my $0.0dos

its not going to make a difference, its not like rim size, thats curb weight, this is just straightup cargo weight your carrying around, if you dont notice the speed decrease when someone is sititn giwth you, then your not going to notice a bodykit, same goes for the wind, wind drag force is MINIMAL unless traveling at crazy speeds

Is the front Kit functional? I heard the stillen one is but not sure about the skyline one (but they do look hot) Also the rear part as well... If it is functional , then it should help keep the car from lifting at high speeds (im not sure if you go fast enough for that to happen.. but its pretty scary cause the car feels like its floating...

My belief is that the stillen front lip is functional, but only at high speeds. I do notice the front end getting sucked down slightly when over 90mph.

well weight will slow the car down, a passenger can take an easy .1 off your time at a dragway (every 100 pounds off the car will knock you down .1)

the sarona side skirts have a mesh grill near the rear wheels, supposedly this allows air to flow up/in around the rear tire to cool breaks. i have no idea if this acutally is the case ?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed this.. I thought maybe it was just my brain trying to justify the 300$ I spent, heh.
