What to do if I have a Knock Sensor Circuit Malfunction

I didn't get a check engine light but read a Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Malfunction on the OBD II. Does anyone know what needs to be replaced to resolve this code?

Easy fix...yeah, right. I've been trying for the past two days. I just can't get my hand in there to take it out. My patience is wearing thin. Any tips or tricks to getting this done?
