I bought new Eibach springs from on ebay from a private seller who changes his mid about installing them. So I got the springs, they definitely look new but they're just plain black and don't have any numbers or logos on them. They only have color marking on them... the front have a red and a purple dot on them and the back two have a yellow and dot on them. I was wondering if it's normal or could I possibly received the stock springs instead?
Eibach Springs
I have Bachs that I received from Stillen. There is definitely Eibach logos on the all four springs and they are noticeably shorter that stock springs. On mine there are no colors other than black spring with white Eibach logos.
Do not use Eibachs with your stock struts. I learned the hard way. Get Tokico Illuminas when you have the $$$. Have your strut bearings replaced when you install them too.
Enjoy the ride

Oh yeah, I know this is sort of off topic, but it's like this one idiot on e-bay who's been trying to sell used ignition coils for almost a month now.
What a freakin idiot, it's well known that 4th gen coils give out pretty fast, let alone USED coils. Now why would someone pay $200 for used coils when some people sell them brand new in the box on ebay for that same exact price?!
People like that really annoy me. Oh yeah, the price is lower, but I know he wants close to $200 for USED coils...can u believe that? When at first he tried selling them, the highest bids went to no more than $60, which I can understand. Now his auction starts with $150 - what a jacka$$!

well its not like I was the only person bidding on them...
****, I got them with the Eibach box and warranty. Do you guys know how much new stock springs for 4th gen go for?
2 Da Max - yes, "it" (the factory struts) will blow MUCH faster on Eibachs

I reported it to ebay last night and now waiting for a reply. The thing is that they've been laying around for a while (i got them in january) so that will possibly make things harder. When they came in, i opened the box, looked at the warranty and these springs definitely looked new so i just put them away until I'd get my struts.
So about a month later I win 1-month old AGX struts on ebay for about $260 and in two weeks i get the struts in an old beaten-looking DVD box... i open it and there are ONLY 3 struts! One of the small rear struts fell out of the corner of the box while it was being shipped. I reported the damaged item to UPS and i'm still trying to get someone from UPS to inspect it.
---Well there goes my suspension! 3 used agx struts and 4 stock springs... really ******* depressing
