got more torque just by putting the silencer in!!!!???

so as anyone knows, many nj people had there inspection due at the end of march. we all tried to find ways of keeping our beloved illegal mods and paying for the stickers.. but some of us opted to get away from the bs and just go back to a reasonable setup that just made the limit. i was one of them.. except i failed anyway. after loosing my tints on the driver/passanger windows, puting all orange bulbs in( i like it this way), and litle other rewires.. but i forgot about the two most important things.. well for starters i got blue headlight bulbs.. oh well nutin hard the change.. but i got a y-pipe and a hanabi universal muffler.. this they said was to loud!! no $HIT there testing inside a fu&king building/tunnel. the guy says if its not stock it wont pass. well that is just to much work.. so i found the silencer that came with exhaust and popped it in. with the injen and a pea shooter exhaust.. the car feels like there is more power.. is this possible??

blake
