I'm about to swap my cloth to leather in my GXE. I have manual seats. is it possible to put power leather seats in? What do I have to do?

when you say that you're about to do this...does this mean you already have the seats or your about to go spend some money to buy the sh*t you're gonig to put in?

 

check for harnesses under the seats?

 

Yah it possible.. Cause i have leather in my gxe. But instaling the motors might be tough :P

 

I swapped out the leather from an SE into my GXE.

But I already had a driver's power seat, (C&C package) - but the passenger seat also already had a harness.

I just bolted them in and plugged the harnesses together.

Now I just need to figure out the wiring for the heated seats.....

 

I'm about to purchase the leather seats and I want to know if i have to find manual ones or can I put power seats in. Where can i find the harness (location)? Does it have to be a special harness? Can one be put in if I don't have one?

 

Harness is there in your floorboard under the seat
just look around down there.
