Help......my tranny is leaking fluid and I can't find where to add it....

I've noticed that my tranny is leaking fluid, but there is nowhere to add it or even a dipstick. The dealer replaced the clutch a few months back, so do u think I can go in there and ask them to float the bill, since it started leaking AFTER they took it apart and put it back together?

There are no dipsticks for manual trannies. There is a fill plug located on the front of the tranny (vertical). To fill it you have insert a 1/2" socket wrench (with NO socket) into the fill plug and unscrew it.

For pictures go into the Fluids & Lubricants forum and check out the manual tranny sticky.

to what formz said.

I'd take it back to the dealer and tell them that it's leaking all of a sudden.

Where is it leaking from?
