thought id share this with you guys, i have put on a y pipe and went to the track. the run before this was on a completely stock maxima with 120k miles with original clutch and some worn out dunlop a2 d60 tires. the second time i went was with the y pipe and new dunlop a2 sport tires and now 154k on the clutch. makes it a little tricky to launch and shift without clutch slip.

what are u guys running for 60' foot times?
this was at lebanon raceway drag in NY, i find this track to be somewhat slippery
and the elevation is also high there.

 

You should really post this in the 1/4 mile forum. In a maxima on street tires, a decent 60' is 2.20-2.25. A really good 60' is 2.19 or less.
