Did you bother to check the codes or did you just reset it? How are you supposed to know what it was if you didn't check? How are we supposed to help you if you don't know the problem?

if your maf (mass air flow sensor) gets a lot more air than expected it will throw a code, make sure the code is related to the maf though

It doesn't have to be but I guess we'll never know. Make sure you go over everything a few more times to make sure everything is fine, the MAF and IAT connectors, loose hoses, any missing hardware that might now be inside th engine.

It is obvious that the problem is more than likely your intake. It is not uncommon for new intakes to throw codes, HOWEVER, as someone already mentioned, check the code first and MAKE SURE that the code is MAF related. Check the stickies for directions on how to read codes and what they mean. Make sure the wire to your MAF is connected as well (sometimes the connector doesn't seat all the way). Only after you do this, will you have a real idea of whether you've got a real problem or a common intake addition code. Do the aforementioned, then come back to us for advice.

You reset the light without recording the code?

Try again.
