Requires mandatory incarceration for motor vehicle theft offenses.
I thought some of you might find this interesting about a new law for auto theft.... Sounds good IF they can invoke this throught the country!

It also includes a clause for those found guilty to have a financial impact on their auto insurance for the rest of their lives (hence the need for all states to adapt :-)
