I'm thinking about using this gauge pod for my transmission temperature gauge. Has anybody had any experience with these? or know where the best place to buy these are? I'm also thinking about getting the triple gauge pods by custom maxima, but I don't have 3 gauges to put in them. You have to drill when installing these right?

There are a ton of those on Maximas floating around this site. They do a fine job. I got mine from Summit. You need to drill 4 holes to mount it and another to run whatever wires you need.

What other gauges would you suggest if I was going to get a three gauge cluster. No I don't have boost.
