Y-pipe is the best bang for you buck mod. I'm doing my mods in this order:

Y-pipe & cat
Greddy SP2 catback
Technosquare ECU upgrade
Custom-made HAI
VB mod
UDP

Catbacks are pretty much useless....no yield.
y-pipe is awesome....most hp from any one N/A mod.
Watch out for UDP.
Keep the stock cat and save $85-$100.
Read up a lot on the different air intakes. I would keep the stock, and if you must have sound, hack the stock airbox. There is plenty of material out there to read about.
If you think you will ever supercharge, don't waste a lot of money on this mod and that mod(other than the y-pipe....it is a must)....just go ahead and save all that up and hit up the supercharger first. I mean, you can get a new one for like $3500 or close to that, and add like 100hp. You can add a little more hp to that easily with some stuff after you put the supercharger on. I would just do that, rather than wasting your money on little stuff that gives you 1 or 2 hp each.
