About to buy parts...Need Answers!!!!!

ok, let me start off by saying I have a 92 SE and I'm gonna get 17x7.5 rims with a +38mm offset. I think I'm gonna go with 215/45/17 unless something bigger will fit. Okay, and remember I'm on a very small budget.

Springs....
Eibach or Sprint?

Struts....
Tokico or KYB?

Tires....
Kumho or Ventus?

And, will all this work in harmony?

Thanks for any input.

Springs: Eibach. They are really good and provide a tight ride
Struts: I'm guessing you want a sportier ride and tighter trough the corners so I'm gonna have to g with Tokico's
Tires: Kumho is probably a better choice for everyday driving while still being able to take on a bit of performance driving.

Get 225/45/17 tires. They will fit on a 7.5" wheel. As for springs, do you want performance or looks? Eibachs have a small drop but great handling, sprints have big drop and so-so handling. In either case I'd go with Tokicos, as the KYBs are basically OEM replacement and aren't designed to go with lowering springs. As for tires, it really depends on the specific model within the brand, though if I had to choose straight up I'd go Kumho.

If they will fit on the wheel, 235/45/17 tires would be the closest match to the stock diameter. Definately don't go any smaller than a 225. For springs, thats basically your descision since they give different drops like Mizeree said. I would also have to agree with getting tokicos and kumho tires.

Kumhos are definitly a good tire DEPENDING on which model you get.

That's true. Some Kumhos are not worth their money at all.

I used to have the ecsta 711's on my old wheels, and they were pretty nice tires for the money. I now have the MX's, which are very good, and for the price ($121/tire) you can't beat them.

I was told to go with 235/45/17's for that size rim. I PM'd you about some tires you might want to buy.
