Blk out chrome around windows & debadge trunk.....

I've seen a post somewhere where we can black out the chrome around the windows on a 2k2 and 2k3. How? What to get?.........I think since the car is black, it would give a more monotone look.......what do you guyz thing.

Also, Debadging the trunk is the first mod, but what do you guyz think about debadging the Hamburger also, above the plate? Is this a good idea, would it look good? Anybody have any pics?

Preciate the help......

I would love to blacken out that chrome around my windows too. My '94 SE was blacked out around the windows from the factory & it looked sweet. I wouldn't touch that Nissan logo on the back either.

Use nightshades to smoke the chrome trim and don't debadge the Nissan emblem.

Here's my trunk....

Debadged, keyhole painted and the hamburger logo painted. It is prone to chipping. I'm going to clear coat it. There are 2 holes under the logo, so unless you want to fill them, leave it on....

Thanks, guys. I really like the look.

As custommaxinaSE said, the tape is at Auto Zone. I cut the entire roll in half. Half width is plenty wide to cover the trim. You need a steady hand and a really sharp razor blade to cut the excess once its on.
