Se gauges in a gxe

I just was strolling through cardomain and found this http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/220297/4
is this for real i wouldnt have bothered to post but i cant search is it just plug and play to put se gauges in a gxe that would help me with my falSE

Yes there are completely plug and play the harness are the same.
Be sure if you have an auto to get one out of and auto tranny
because of the overdrive light.(5sp do not have the overdrive light
) Also I would recomend getting one out of a 92-94 se because they read
145mp Just look at my homepage.

be sure that you remember to NOT use the VE redline.... (even though thats when the fuel cutout happens... *whistle* )

hey thats my car. lol!!! u can use the same cluster from an SE but what i did in order to keep my real mileage i just swapped the faces instead of the whole cluster but it works just fine.

instead of swapping the faces, you can swap the odometers really easily and I think that'd be less work

same here, and unless you play with the overdrive alot it doesnt matter what gauges you get from where. my 89 has gauges frm a 91 and the 92 has gauges from a 90 manual
