*pics* my maxima with 18's and drop... *pics* [56K warning]

I installed the wheels a week ago, and installed the springs 2 weeks ago. Finally the max is starting to look the way I want it to be....still a long way to go though. To see a progression of my mods, go here : http://www.cardomain.com/id/kingrukusmax

those rims compliment the car very well.

And i'm impressed and astonished at the grow of the org. Few months back u couldnt even fit one pic that big without an error showing the pic takes up too much space. Bravo website owners

Thanks. They are Progress springs. I know it still looks a bit high...I am hoping for them to settle a lot more (apparently progress springs take a long time to settle).

Nice wheels. I was planning on getting the same ones. I guess you beat me to it. :P
Are those the gunmetal or the bronze? How are you liking the polished outside rim? I'm still trying to decide whether or not the polished parts are to showy in contrast to the spokes.
Either way... you got a dope ride. Good job!

Thanks. They are supposed to be gunmetal. I like the color polished lip...but I hate the shape...way too edged/dated looking. These wheels may be on the car until next summer, then I will probably end up going with something much lighter/stronger (SSR Type C)

Thanks for the comments guys. I still think the front end is WAY too high. I am going to do the AE headlight mod either tonight or tommorow and post a few more pics when I do. I also plan to copy 1max2nv's black grille...I have a spare chrome one sitting around with that I am going to hack up.

Lol it is the oversized lip..I wish it was more thin but just as deep...looks way too dated/old.

Great looking Max, man!
I love the color theme you have going.

IMO....just enough drop.
Not too much, not too little.
Love the gunmetal with lip on the sterling mist.
Keep it up.

**How do you like the progress on the AGX ride?

The AGX/Progress rides fairly nice...but if I were to do it again, it would be eibach and illuminas.

225/40's are what I used...I wanted to go with 235, but after doing research I found that the 225 was the best way to go with a 7.5" wide rim (even though the 235/40/18 would be closer in diameter to the stock size).

Yup, as I was washing the car, the terry cloth got stuck on the wiper blade and it cracked right off...the plastic was extremely brittle from this past winter.

Thanks for the kind words guys. My AE headlights are drying as I type this. After I claybar/wax and install the AE headlights with black grille, I will take more pics this weekend.

I need a stillen kit!!

Im running 235s on my wheels and have no problems, it was very important to me to run a diameter very close to stock.

And yes, a stillen kit would look awesome on your car!
