trottle cable tension adjustment/gas pedal vibration/deep throaty sound during idle
Does anyone know if there is a write up to adjust the trottle cable that attaches to the gas pedal. I had read something about adjusting it so that it is tight and at the correct tension, which is usally done during a tune up. I see a little lag in mine. I am wondering if that is what is causing the vibration on my gas pedal during normal driving.
Also anyone know why i am hearing a deep throaty sound from my engine during idle which is mostly noticable during cold starts and when sitting inside the car with all windows closed.

Just adjust the nuts attached to the throttle cable (they're right near the TB). You need to loosen the one towards the back of the engine then turn the one to the front of the engine so that it pulls the cable. make sure the tensioner can still hit its stop. I hope you can understand that, it's kind of hard to explain. You may also want to clean the TB while you're at it as that can effect throttle response too.
