...and why is there only one on a 98 but two on a 99?

It goes to the EGR control valve solenoid, which also controls EVAP operation. Don't know why the 99 has two lines, unless it separates EGR and EVAP control to two different solenoids.

Thanks. My 99 is a cali-spec, and I know they did a bunch of extra garbage for 99 in general and cali spec specifically.
